That is a confirm the resistors on that site work. From V-leds they are the 6ohms-50w. I took them from my led bulbs I had in my tail lights. So now I need to order more for them. It only takes 2 one for each factory harness. Attach one end to the black ground in the middle and the other to the white/silver low beam wire in the factory harness. Now I just need to attach the servo wires so I have low and high beam.

Does anyone have this fix going yet? I can pick up the 50 watt resistors from the ebay link, but I really want the hi and low beams working properly.

By cutting the servo wire and connecting as suggested by the original poster, do they work as high and low as intended or does that just force it to use hi or low all the time? ANy help is greatly appreciated, I guess nothing is as easy as it is supposed to be with this dodge...

bought both of those, have had no issues with either other than their f'n bright and i need projectors, sorry your having issues. try swapping the ballasts sides. from drive to passenger and vice-versa. also did you try them hooked up to the battery first, with the neg terminal disconnected.

A great suggestion that a guy on this board made (can't remember his username sorry), was to instead of using resistors to "trick" the computer into thinking all is well, splice into the running lights.
That saves dangling resistors and main bulbs etc.
The computer see the running lights as a resistance and the HID's work.
I haven't tried this as yet, still waiting for some warmer weather ha ha ha.
But it sounds logical and utilises the trucks own systems to make it work, and no expensive cancelor kits or dangling wires/bulbs.
Hope this helps and if it does, post the results.
Al.
