i'm impressed with teh storage feature, being a contractor, that would be really nice to have, being my back seat is filled with cords, as is my bed. I like it. might just have to trade in the ol' corn burner for one of these

It's not an F-150 interior...it's a tweaked Jeep dash.

however, after reading it, there no longer going to have the mega cab? what happened there? the 4 link coil over rear design looks nice, i'm impressed with that.

Biggest disappointment........ all of the stupid badging in the truck.... I know it's a ram, I bought it, I don't need to be a walking billboard.... my .02

i hate to do this but im gonna have to be johnny raincloud on this one...i dont like the boxes on the sides of the bed. also its hard to tell but it looks like because of the boxes, there are no longer any wheel well humps inside the bed of the truck, so you end up with a narrow bed like on an old step side chevrolet. any of yall ever tried to load up a 4 wheeler in one of those puppies? its not fun. plus once you do get the 4wheeler in the bed, you have no room around it. one of the things i like about the bed on my truck is that i can load up a 4 wheeler and put coolers, gas cans, and 5 gallon buckets full of corn all in the bed of my truck. another thing i dont like is this short 5 foot 7 inch bed they have. ford started using those ***** little beds on their trucks and now dodge is doin it too?!?! dont care for the exhaust cut outs in the rear bumper because A) it looks too much like a sports car and B) if someone decides to go with side exit exhaust or turn downs they either have to buy an aftermarket bumper or look like a moron with the exhaust cut outs and no exhaust coming out. also from what the article says, you can only get an 8 foot box with the regular cab? thats a big ****in mistake right there...they need to make the 8 foot box available with all the cab options. some people might need the bed space but also need the cab space for their family and if dodge doesnt offer it, then they might end up running to toyota for their vehicles. maybe it will grow on me but after seeing these pics, im god damn glad i bought an 08. the truck just doesnt look as tough anymore. i wonder what the new heavy duties will look like? i guess they will be similiar but different. hopefully they will stay away from this design altogether and just do like ford does and have the heavy duty line of trucks look completely different than the half tons, because i just cant imagine a heavy duty truck looking like this.

i hate to be mr. upbeat but if you look at the sport there arn't any side pockets. also the 5ft 7 inch bed isn't made for everyone. it's for some ppl. you don't have to buy one with it. dodge offering more stuff to a broader market allows them to continue to have the mula to build trucks for everyone else. also I doubt the article is correct about bed choices. I think it'll be the same as now. 8 fft bed with all but the crew cab. lol half the stuff you hate is stuff you don't have to buy on the one you would ever get lol.

I think they are calling it a "crewcab" now. More info. http://www.allpar.com/model/ram/2009-ram.html

B) if someone decides to go with side exit exhaust or turn downs they either have to buy an aftermarket bumper or look like a moron with the exhaust cut outs and no exhaust coming out.
The boxes are optional. And I imagine that the bumper cutouts are only for the dual exhaust... also optional. I'll wager that the single exhaust model will still have a behind the wheel side exhaust.

I hope those door handles and mirrors make it to the production Sport!

I will be curious to see the inside of a RC, whether or not the center console is offered/not offered.
