Is the repair kit the items listed in the TSB?

I have this problem what is this kit you are talking about . The dealr said it would be $600+ to fix with out looking at problem if I can fix it I will.

I know this is an old post but has then been a write up on how to fix the issue? I may look into the Heater Treater solution but ontheir site it says this is the most difficult door to fix.
