I have an 04 Hemi QC..........im looking to buy a Viper Engine with the tranny and all the other components, (hopefully)....the big question is if I do the swap, will everything line up or am I doing alot of wishful thinking??

 

do some searching and you'll find your answer...if your really bored and have nothing to do then sure go for it....honestly, it'd be worth it to just sell your truck and buy an SRT10 cause you'd save yourself alot of headaches

 

Yikes..... What you are talking about, as has been said, is not the best option. The SRT is ALOT more than the tranny and engine... I wish it were that easy.

 

it's his truck, he can do what he wants to it..

if he wants to put the viper engine/tranny and such in more power to him!

i'm sure he realizes what needs to do..

his money too...


i'd say, you want to do it, and have the money, do it!

 

Make sure you get a new rear end too or else you'll have everything all working for a day and you will punch it and have it in the shop some more getting that.

 

Thatnks guys.....see thats what i was asking....besides the engine and tranny, what else would I need.....new rear end...hood, other components......thats why i asked the question. Appreciate the feedback gentlemen.
I think I will stick with what I have.

 

just buy an SRT-10....
