Well, first thing, I see that the truck is missing the bottom piece of trim on the bumper. This piece will give it a more finished look, and I think that I will soon be painting mine to match my truck.
A new hood would look cool...I think with that gray, you could do some silver accents and make it look real clean. Maybe some silver rally stripes on the bed or something. Tint would look good too.
The nightrunner 20's or 22's would look clean, IMHO, against that gray too!

Well, you have a 4x4. So my question would be do you take offroading at all? If you do then I would start with lift, rims, and tires to make it stand out. If not then I would go with leveling, rims, and tires for street. After that, go with the what you mentioned above in your post along with window tints. Another thing I would look into if you don't have it, is a bedliner or rug. You want to protect it the best you can.
I would either
A: leave it the way it is and go for the sleeper look
B: New hood, New front bumper, limo tint all windows, 20" wheels(get rid of those stockers), maybe a tono cover.

thats why i love you guys........ great ideas all of em...... heres my background....origionally i wanted a 2x4 and i wanted the hemi to slam those stangs.....one day i was farting around the dealerships and i seen a single cab short bed hemi in graphite and instantly i knew she was mine, actually he....his name is the grey goose...... but im torn because even though its a 4x4 the truck was so fast stock....origionally i was gonna do the lift and the tires and the all this and that....however the first time i raced a stock gt mustang he beat me by a fricken bumper length..... That irritated me.....after 7 rebulit tranny's under warranty....i decided to hot rod it up a bit...... its almost paid off.... so i think im going to buy a 2500 5.7L QC 4x4 manual for taking it places so.....in short..... 8" lift 38" nitto mud grapplers....eventually procharger...... but i like the idea of the silver highlights......and graphics....as far as the tint....its one of them things its so simple and i have no time... that front air dam was broke off on a spin out while i was hydro planing......the driver side was hit by a boulder which i will fix eventually.....but i think dents give it character....I have seen the night runner rims, and they are sharp.....these are the rims ive been looking at in 20".....nitto mudd grapplers wrapped on em...
sorry....limo tint is illegal on the side windows in michigan and you will get pulled over
