Truck came with a rugged liner, over the rail drop in bedliner. I don't have a problem with it, but I can't tie anything down. In my '03, are there tied down cleats? Does anyone have a similar liner and cutout at the cleats? I'd really like to be able to tie stuff down.

 

i believe you can just cut out the little rectangles where the spot is to mount the tie downs... i know we did that on my old truck...
