LOL is this possible?
Hey guys today I was driving home on the freeway doing 65mph with the cruise control on and I noticed that my overhead display said I was getting 28 mpg is this even possible on a HEMI?

Possible. Flat ground, no headwind, low, steadyspeed, cold dense air. My 300C gets better than 20 mpg at 80+. I can't drive it slow enough on the interstate to test any improvement
The overhead computer is less accurate than the ol' pencil and paper routine, but even that has its pitfalls.

I think sometimes the overhead display gets alittle crazy. A few weeks ago I was coming home from work, and I looked up to see what the temp was, and the display was reading 65 below 0. I live in Alabama I know that is wrong, but clicked over to my mpg and I was getting 31 mpg, so I hit the reset, then I was back at my 16 mpg.
di you just reset it?
I know we have a station here, that is off the highway and at the top of a hill. If you reset it at the gas station, you will be getting 38.5 by the bottom,
and it screws up your whole average. I always have to remember to reset it at the bottom.
