i have noticed that when i put my dial on floor it blows defroger and a little on the floor is there a way to reset the heater or is there a adjustment or sensor it use to blow on floor then 1 day i put it on defogger to clear ice from windshield then i put it back to floor blower and get defrost and floor any help thank you

let me see if i was reading that correctly. The problem is with zone selection for your ac/heater? Do your other zones work correctly? My first thought is that the mechanics that adjust the door for the different zones is broke or not fully working correctly.

The door that opens and closes the fresh air intake vs. recycled air broke recently on my 2006 truck.

 

yes all other zones work but the floor zone works a little on floor mostly on defog where i do not have it on defog
