Default Help my truck is giving me lots of dtc codes

My 06 dodge 3500 since yesterday has given me all these dtc codes I know what they mean but not how to fix them.

p0088
p0116
c2101
If you can help me out I would appreciate it thanks

2509=CM/PCM power input signal intermittent 0088=Fuel Rail pressure too high 0116=coolant temp ckt range/perf (?) No reference to the "C" code

I have the same codes on my truck, at first I got the 2509, and then later I would bet the temp. code, now I am just getting the 2509. Of course I am out of warrenty already, Dealer says it could be a bad battery. You got your's fixed yet?
