Number 1 most asked question on this forum by far! You wouldn't even need to do a search, just scroll back no more than a day or two...
Do a Google search for "Magnuson/Moss Act" as a consumer you should know the thing anyway. Makes for great reading and will 100% answer your question...

Regardless of the act, the dealer can easily void your warranty and then you have to fight them to get it "reinstated". Most likely wouldn't be worth the cost. I went in and asked the service manager at 4 different dealerships in town if intake or exhaust would void my warranty before I got mine done. They all said yes. I asked them even if I bought a Mopar intake & exhaust? They all said yes. 3 out of 4 of them recommended being loyal to that dealership for tune-ups and cool with the service manager and they'd most likely let it go. Is that according to the law? Not really. Can they do it? Yes. Then you'd have to fight it.

I went ahead with intake & exhaust anyways. If I truly have an engine issue, then I'll put the stock intake back in. It's now sitting in my garage. It would hard to say that exhaust could cause any sort of issue.

The dealer can "say" anything he wants, but the act of voiding a warranty on a component not specifically changed or directly effected by a component that has been changed is against the law, a federal law, no less.
I happen to play golf on Sundays with the sales and service managersof my local Dodge dealership, I often repeat things that uninformed people say on this forum and the reply is always the same, they both say "an uninformed consumer, one who believes anything we tell him, is our best customer", they have actually told me that there are certain warranty issues that they won't cover, even when they know they are in the wrong, until the customer takes appropriate action (like having a lawyer send a letter) because Chrysler has instructed them to do so. Of course they'll never admit to the statements, but it has been said to me.
That's why I don't trust ANY stealerships...
