I started my truck today with my command start as usual. It is about -27 C and I had the truck plugged in all day. When I went over to my truck I noticed it wasn't running right. It was surging and acting like it wanted to stall. The check engine light is on and the electric throttle light was blinking. I scanned the codes and it's P2181 Cooling System Performance. I shut the truck off and restarted it and it seemed to be better the check engine light stayed on but, the electric throttle light went out. Anybody know what the heck is going on here ?
