Default truck bouncing everywhere

ok so when i drive around there are a few bad spots on my way to work and school, it never fails that i hit massive potholes or manhole covers. theres one stretch of road where there are 4 manhole covers in a row and when i hit them my truck just bounces everywhere, i goes everwhere in the lane and i've come close to hitting other cars because it moves so much, what can i do to fix this? i assume its suspension work.

Rear Sway Bar

This will help a lot....

Also keeping a fair amount of weight in your truck bed will help

50-100 lbs. of bagged sand inside each wheel hump, directly over the axle will do an amazing job of stopping this, plus give you better traction and give you some sand to use if you ever get stuck on ice...
