Default pa body lift stock tires

I am thinking of doing the lift and staying with the stock 17" 265/70R17 for a while. Does anyone have any pictures I can look at? I would not level the truck. I have N-fab wheel to wheel step bars and my truck is a 2004 ram 1500 long bed quad cab. With the steps it makes it rather low to the ground and i would just like to bring it up for more body clearance

What I want to do is put a 3 inch body lift and then stay with the stock tires for a long while. I was sure i would get alot of that would look stupid replies which if fine I just wanted to see if anyone had a picture of it so I could see. I thought I would just debadge the 1500 and people would think it was a 3500 lol. I don't think I would see much of the frame because the step bars run wheel to wheel and would block the frame. Just give me you thoughts people.
