Could a guy use the 3" level kit, 1" blocks in the rear, and still use airbags, now that they have spacers for em?

I JUST PUT THE 1.5 DAYSTARS ON MY 07 1500 2WD. GAVE ME 1.25 LIFT. I HAVE THE 4.7 SO YOURS WITH THE 3.7 MAY SIT A LIITLE CLOSER TO 1.5. MY ADVICE IS TO PUT A FLOOR JACK UNDER THE FRONT CROSS MEMBER, AN MEASURE AT THE FENDER. JACK IT UP 1.5 INCHES THEN JACK UP TO 3 INCHES. THAT WILL GIVE YOU AN IDEA OF WHAT IT WILL LOOK LIKE AT DIFFERENT HEIGHTS. I HAVE 245/70/17 TIRES, SO AT 3 INCHES OF LIFT IN FRONT I THOUGHT IT WAS TO MUCH THATS WHY I GOT THE 1.5. I THINK 2 INCHES WOULD BE JUST RIGHT. IF YOU GO 3 GET THE SPINDLES.

does anyone know of a good brand name company that makes the 2.5" for my truck 2003 2wd? Readylift doesnt have anything for 2wd and the shop said they wouldn't do rough country cause of the problems they've had with them.

I just completed this project over the weekend on my 05' 4x4 using the torsion key system with shock relocation brackets. It took about an hour and a half to do. The key tool you will need is a ball joint compressing tool, you can ussually rent them from an auto parts store. The steps are pretty simple, just be sure to mark the torsion bar position before you slide it out. I gained the optimum height of 3 inches and it looks great. I guess I should load a few pictures. Kit cost me $210 with shipping on ebay, but I have listed the website here. They also have a kit for the 4x2 system as well, but i am not sure on coil over.I originally did not use the shock relocation bracket but after hearing the shock go to its end I decide otherwise and installed them. After installing any torsion system most kits suggest an alignment. You should also measure the length of the bolt for the torsion key and try to match them with one another when you put them back in.I found no difference in my alignment and when I did get it aligned I was told that it did not need much. Good luck.

Your choices are pretty much Rough Country (which has an excellent reputation by the way, I've not heard tell of anyone having problems with them) and DayStar. Daystar makes a 1", 1.5" and 2.5" but specs say you need new shocks for the 2.5" spacers...
