roll pan

I was thinking about putting a roll pan on my truck. but I've got a trailer hitch on my truck.Can I still put a roll pan on?

ive only heard of one settup you can so with thatn ad it is a hitch hand roll pan combo, and i cant remember the name of the company im sorry

its not just a regular hidden hitch though the roll pan would still come down and block the hitch
