Default Quick Question on Leaf Springs

I just noticed this afternoon when walking around my truck that on both sides one of the leaf springs is alittle of center - meaning that the bottom one is off to the side a little more than the others which are perfectly in line.

Now if that made any sense do I need to take it in and get it taken care of or is this normal - I have never noticed it on any of my other trucks. Could it be hurting anything?

My plastic clips or whatever they are broke on both mine, and the lowest spring did the same thing. They looked at the bolt, it wasn;t broken so they said it was fine...
