Meguiar's Scratch-X will help with the fine scratches. Make sure you wax it afterwards. The only thing that will help with the deep ones is a paint shop.

Your local paint shop seems to be your only option here

if you wanted a truck to lok new, definitely should have stayed away from contractors. they beat the hell out of their trucks, but if there is a scratch that you want to get rid of, if you can see silver, you need touch up paint, or to take it to a paint shop.

for some use some buffing compound, most likely a heavy compund. Use a good buffing wheel and a good pad. This will take out some of the scratches but wont get the deep ones. Then after using the compund go over it with a polish to shine her up. If your brave you can wet sand it with 1500 grit before starting, but be extremely careful. I do alittle custom painting and after clearcoat to give it a shine I wet sand and buff. But again its up to you and this wont get out deep scratches.
