Damn, what a bunch of hard asses. All I did was put out an offer for someone who might want to trade my chrome clad wheels that will be off my 08 that I have ordered and not even gotten yet. They are BRAND NEW 0 miles and I'm willing to trade for USED wheels that are worth considerably less than the aluminum wheels. It's not a bad deal for the guy that has the aluminum wheels and wants the chrome clad one. That's also why I put LOCAL in my post.

All you negative jerks can bite me.

What do the wheels look like?
BRand new with ZERO miles. They are the 6 spoke 20's from a 08 Laramie 1500 QC.

So you want them to pay for shipping to you for your new wheels and to pay for shipping to them?

Ya what a deal............

You want a "trade" but what you are saying is "i'm a cheap *** and want you to make all the effort and expense for me some different wheels."

I also guess you want the local person to drive to you and bring the jack and impact wrench while you sit in a lawn chair and they change your wheels for you as you sip lemonade?

I suggest that since you want this to happen that you fork out the shipping cost or the cost of swapping the wheels at a shop.

That was real useful and thanks for the positiver input. I guess I'm crazy brand new wheels for used traded locally for no shipping. What am I thinking of. You're a D@#K.

You are right, the chrome are much less labor intensive when it comes to keeping them clean. But I have heard bad things about the chrome clad chipping and peeling. I wasnt trying to be a dick about it, just stating my opinion on the matter. Sorry if I came across as an ***. It was not my intention.

Some ram owners can be down right nasty, I thought we were supposed to stick together. I think what the op was offering was a fairly decent deal he did say locally to begin with. If i had the non chrome ones i'd be all over that deal. The only problem i had with my chrome ones were the lip on the rim corroded really easily, my first set had all these rust spots all over the lip, they got replaced under warranty and now my new set is startin to happen and its only been about 15,00kms. i think their from rocks chipping the finish and oxidizing.
