Not sure if this helps, but mine a 2500 with a 2.5" front and 2" lift

I'm not sure, I did it with a friend with 2 floor jacks and it took us 2 hours for the front and half and hour for the rear.

You have to check how much they charge per hour plus an alignment.
It all depends how well the mechanic is equipped, Some places do it in less than 2 hours!!!
