RE: ebay
SHAH 303, you really shouldnt get your hopes up on the ebay prices. the cheap prices almost always have a catch to them I.E. its got a reserve or its not worth ****. rarely if you are a consistant ebayer then you can find really good deals, plus you gotta know how to bid cause you got guys like me with high speed connections that will outbid you with 15 seconds to go...lol, sorry but if i want it ill get dirty....but i looked for weeks on ebay for a flowmassa and decided to go with a vortex v-baffle and like it tons more than a flow (plus its made by a flowmaster sister company) . plus it was cheaper.$35

RE: ebay
Im not saying u cant, go right ahead if you want to, but its the fact that you need to get your information correct before you run your mouth. How did that "best offer" go, if I were selling it I would let it auction, because there was already 7 bids on it in one day. So I highly doubt he will take a best offer unless its close to original price.

RE: ebay
as much as shah blows smoke up our asses (like beating a 400hp saleen or whatever), you be surprised what you could find on ebay (not saying he foudn that for $10). i had my cold air intake for ~$46 shipped to my door.
but to answer youro question shah, you gotta get the feel for ebay. some people are on there to scam...some to sell crap cheap because they're in the middle of montana, and their main consumer marketplace is the internet. i love ebay, and get damn near everything off the place. found my wheels for $500 (he had auction as "pickup only", so it ended with no bids - i then contacted him to make him a deal and drive an hour away to get them), my intake like i said, stainless step bars for $170 shipped, flowmaster for $50 shipped, tonnaeu two years ago for less than $200 shipped, etc, etc. all that crap would have cost like $1000 if it weren't for ebay. the wheels alone would have cost me like $700-$1000. when you buy **** on ebay, look at the seller's feedback. it's a simple positive/negative feedback system...someone with 1000's of sales and like 99% positive, they're clearly not trying to scam anyone...they just messed up a bit, and probably ended up resolving the issue. and most of the payments on ebay are made via paypal, which does have a moneyback/fraud protection type of deal. i've been ripped off twice, but got my money back, and eventually did receive my product lieka month later...and ended up getting/givving positive feedback. get the feel for it.

RE: ebay
I have been both a buyer & seller on ebay for almost 6 years and only had 1 problem in over 665 transactions. The PO lost the package. So it wasn't his fault.
If you ask the seller a question and he doesn't respond, forget him.
Look at his feedback before you buy. A seller w/90% positive out of 17,000 sales is more trustworthy than a seller w/90% out of 10 sales. Remember all people are honest.
Unless you pick up in person, NEVER send cash, a money transfer, or Western Union. If they ask you to do this, forget them as it is probably a scam.
Hope this helps.
