haha i tried the slamming on your breaks trick haha. no wonder why my passenger rear was more chewed than the others and that big *** black mark in the road is from that 1 tire! it was fun but smelt pretty bad haha. i dont recomend doing 45 in the neighborhood at midnight and slamming on your breaks though. lol

thanks abarmby
that's what I was thinking to, the front is the most important as its where most of your stopping power is and steering, had a 77 300D mercedes with 4wheel non abs, it was interesting the few times i locked it up. Yeah I'm still perplexed, simple physics proves that it would be more stable with your rear locked up, even if you were still keeping the wheels straight.

My build sheet says: Anti-Lock 4-Wheel Disc Brakes.

Plus a ton of other stuff.

The 1500 Mega Cabs come standard with the 4 wheel antilock brakes and I'm not sure if that is a 2500 thing or just a Mega Cab thing.

It was an option on the 06 and on the 07 it only came if you got the traction control.

Sounds to me like you have an open diff...

BTW: Just checked my build sheet and it says I have the BRTP which obviously stands for Anti-Lock 4-Wheel Disc Brakes [&:]

I think I have the traction control but I'm not sure... how does one know if you have that or not?
