I have an 07 ram and I wanted to know how hard it is to install this thing and what the steps require for this? Thanks in advanced.

I think you might need these two components as well... talk to the guy Doug at dodgeparts.com, he was really helpful with mine... but I have an '08 which only requires one part... I would let a dealer put it in personally.

I have put a lot of these in, the instructions are very good. Most of the stuff just plugs in you do have to solder a couple of wires though. It usually take me about 2.5hrs to do, butI run into problems with them all the time so take your time. You need 2 skim keys to program it though.
