Default what changed from 03-04
Hey guys, so I am knew to the ram body style, can anyone tell me some of the changes if any that occured from 03-04? I see that the steering wheel is different, dont notice alot of other things.. Thanks

I'm pretty sure that 02-05 is exactly the same. Its the 06-08 that are a little different

I believe in the qc the back seat has a head rest in the 04 and newer. I also thought the front suspension is different....not sure.

I believe the PCM setup is different. My 03 had two, one for the engine control and one for the transmission whereas 04+ was all-in-one. I may be wrong tho cuz according to my wife I am wrong alot!

Powertrain Control Module. Your trucks computer. Some brand of vehicles call it ECU (electronic control unit).

I don't tink anyting changed. from 02-05 they are pretty much the same appearencewise. as far as wats under da hood, im not really sure

02 was the last year for the 360 5.9 V8 the Hemi was not available in the 1500 in 2002 model year.

In 03 they had the REAL clad wheels. Mine are aluminum with no chrome cap, its polished not chromed.

04 went to a NGC controller, and the steering wheel is different. Also the a pillar trim pieces are different. There is a few more not sure off hand.
