08 RAM 1500 COLD AIR INTAKE
WHICH INTAKE CAN I BUY THAT WILL GIVE ME MORE HORSEPOWER AND BETTER GAS MILEAGE? THERE ARE SO MANY OUT THERE AND I AM NOT REALLY SURE WHICH ONE TO CHOOSE FROM. I CHECKED OUT VOLANT BUT ARE THEY ANY GOOD? SOMEONE HELP ME! THX!

Gains in both areas from a CAI is minimal. A CAI seems to work much better in series with other components like muffler, high flow cats, headers, etc.
I don't think one is much better than another as long as you stick with the major brands and it replaces everything up to the throttle body...
