Lemon Law
Hey guys,
New to the forum. I have read a lot of stuff on here the past few years and got most of my answers from reading. Now I have a new delima.
Ihad a 05 Power wagon. I had it until 85,000 miles. I was side swipped at 20,000 miles and did some pretty good damage to the truck but drove to the repair shop. It went through 3 transmissions b4 i traded it in for a new 07 diesel
I know own a new 07 2500 4x4 with a 6.7L diesel. The motor is really a power house but I am very un happy with the truck because of all of the issues that have been going on with them. I am sure most of you are aware but I purchased it in Oct of 07 and it has been in the shop about every few thousand miles. about 10 times total. It will be going back AGAIN for ANOTHER new turbo next week.
I have been in the process of the lemon law and on the phone with Diamler Chyrsler a few times. I think it will go through from what i understand. I hear that I will be able to get a new truck at the same MSRP as the truck I have now.
What I am not sure about is to get a another 6.7 or go with a 4x4 hemi mega cab.
I get company fuel so mileage isnt a huge issue but on the weekends it is when pulling a bass boat around. The lifetime warranty is what really got my attention since i put about 4,000 miles on a truck a month.

i wouldnt get the 5.9 diesel. however the very tough question is....the beastly engine of that 6.7 CTD or a sick mega cab that has a hemi. if you get the option of a megacab with the 6.7 then that an easy answer. but it would take some time on seeing between the megacab hemi or the CTD quadcab. depends what you need..the diesel power or spacious interior.
