just ordered some new door speakers, just wondering how you take the manul window cranks off, its a 08 ram reg cab

 

There is a half moon clamp holding them on. Push in the door panel slightly next to the handle and you will be able to see it. I use a flathead screwdriver to take mine off. Getting them back on is tricky but a small pair of needle nose pliers usually works.
