My 07 1500 seems to have a wiper gremlin. The wipers do NOTHING but then randomly you can try to turn them on and they will work again and be fine untill you shut the truck off for awhile. I only drive the truck about 1 time a week and it is usually around -20 here. Im kinda thinking that it is the cold doing it...however, i only started seeing this problem about a month ago and it has been very cold here for 4 or 5 months now.

When you try to turn them on you dont hear the motor or relay or anything try to work....

Any ideas what could cause the wiper motors to do this.

i had a similar problem on a blazer, there was a recall because water would get into the wiper controller.

 

dude ive replaced fuses re-wired and taken shi* apart....wait till they get stuck on your windshiel....just a dodge thing i guess i just deal with it....im in michigan so i thought it was the cold too its not i went to north carolna one weekend still did the ****

 

Just last week I had to take my truck in for the same thing. Also let me say, it was the 4th time I had it had the dealership for this[:@]. This time they did fix it, they replaced the whole switch.

 

yeah, it's still under wananty take it in and make them deal with it

 

I have the same problem with my back window.
