I bought the truck and it didn't have one on it. but in Iowa you have to have one, so any sugestions? I hate that I have to put 4 holes in the front of my truck. but I guess it's a trade off since Iowa's "farmer truck" thing means all trucks are only $65 to register for a year?

put a bull or grill guard on the ram, then mount the plate on it.
