I've got an 03 with the 4.7. I haven't seen an aluminum manifold for our motors yet, just like no one seems too make any aftermarket coil on plugs either.

I like the underdrive pulley. I can't really tell a diffrence in the pick up, but I think I noticed a small gain in MPG. I just installed the new rear and gears, so I'm trying to refigure the MPG. The powerwire basically just hooks up to the temp sensor. It tricks the computer into thinking the incoming temp is 20 degrees cooler than it actually is. This will slightly richen the fuel air mix and advance the timing a little. I like it. I've noticed a little more power. Now I need to replace the cheap torque converter with something that doesn't have plastic in it. If you intrested in the powerwire you can drop Nick over at airram a line. The web address is www.airram.com . Nick is great and he'll be more than happy to give you all the details.
