Default Motive 4.56's

I had some bad luck with install. "A"hole couldn't get it set right. 2nd guy did his best but they are screaming. Need to replace. My question is, is anyone having noise problems with Auburn LSD and Motive 4.56. I need to replace so I want to know if I need to switch brands. Some gears are just noisy. Anyone know a good gear installer in Southwest Florida, Naples or Ft. Myers?

No, you don't need to change brand. Gear noise is all in the installer.

I have Genuine Gears with Auburn LSD, but Motive's have by far the best reputation of all the brands (not that I think there are any "bad" name brands, just lousy installers).
The LSD is not a factor, the guys you chose just don't have experience with Dodge diffs. I understand it's notan easy job by any means, but for some reason Dodge "Corporate" diffs are the hardest.
Four Wheel Parts (Orlando) did mine and did an excellent job. Very thorough and never a hint of whine. No locations real close to you but they are in South Fl. at Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Pompano Beach and West Fl. in Tampa...

I'm going to be Orlando on the 14th and 15th for a show. Where are they located? Would I be smart to bring my own stuff or get it from them. Moe's has a good price as that is where I got them before.

They are on Colonial Drive (a.k.a. route 50) just west ofus 17-92.
Call them (407) 296-8050, I'm sure THEY would rather sell you theparts, but they may also just do the labor.
When they did mine (a little over 2 years ago) it was a little over $1400 for the gears(front& rear),master install kit, Auburn LSD, fluids & labor, plus that included a check and fluid change at 500 miles.
