i need some assistence buying speakers 4 my 2003 ram 4 door the stock speakers are gone and i dont want to run amps just yet
know of any speaker that will mount in doors like factory that i can use amp with in future recomendations would be abliged.

 

Go to crutchfield.com and put your mouse on car audio and video. Click on outfit my car. They will tell you what sizes fit your truck. I have a 4 door 2003 ram too and I just installed some and they sound a lot better! I know that the front doors are a 6x9.

I did alpine type s door speakers and they do no sound very good i guess that's because of my stock head unit and no amp.

? 6x9's are better for an amp i have those 3 tweeters in the dash im thinkin pay 4 install on those

 

I just ordered some kicker 6 1/2's for the front off crutchfield. They are sending brackets to fit them in and a wiring harness. I can't wait because they are going to kick ***. Not much for bass, but highs and mids will be amazing...like a live concert
