Where is the Blend door located on a 06 1500? Also how long should I except it to take to replace it when I take it into the dealership?(i.e. howhard is it to get to?) I was told the my blend door is broken so just trying to gather information.

Your blend door is inside the heater box, you have to completly remove the dash and heater box. It takes about 5 hours plus re and re a/c.
