Cranking Torsion Bars.. How to? Pics?
k go under your truck and you see the round bars that go from your lower control arm that is neext to the wheel to the mid of the truck about where the end of the transmission is. there are one bolt for each bar that is pointed straight to the ground. tighten those when its on a lift. if you actually look under your truck youll find it in a second, its not hiding anywhere, its in plain sight. the keys that there tightening might have rust on them. if you totally clueless find the rust. or google it. I would post a pic up if i had one but its already late. do a search about the effects of it too. I cranked mine and love it while others diagree.
I would suggest going out and buying the leveling kit. Cranking the torsion bars will lift it but the ride will be terrible. Go here and do it the right way.... http://www.suspensionconnection.com/...con/32903.html

So...crank it up to your 2 inches, if you like the ride get an alignment done. If you don't like the ride, lower it a bit (1/4) turn and try it again. Try it till you like it then get your alignment done. And yes you should get an alignment done even though some don't.
