hey did you have all 4 wheels up? or did you drag 2? i hear you should disconnect the drive shaft (something like that)
reason im asking is im planning on moving to fl and dont want to have to fly back to drive the truck when i could just tow it behind the penske 26footer..
if you had it on a trailer how much was the trailer?

I have a full on tow hitch on my truck that has two recievers in my front bumper thats bolted to the frame so a motorhome can tow it. so all 4 wheels were on the ground. I think theres pics of it in my gallery of the front of my truck.
WOW............I was always told, that to tow a 4X4 with all the wheels on the ground was a BIG NO NO. Also Automatics throw a spanner into the works as well.

If all wheels were on the ground wouldn't that count toward the mileage or does the truck need to be running? In the old days there was a speedometer cable and it is now electronic so does anyone know how that works?
YOu're towing a full sized Ram with a motor home? WOW! Most people tow jeeps or some small compact car.

yeah thats what ive heard as well. I was at a penske/auto shop and the guy there said that id have to disconnect both driveshafts and that it would be a pain in the *** and not worth the cost (this comming from the guy that owns the autoshop that could do it for me) and that i should just fly back and drive it back.
