Default Brighter headlights

Im looking for brighter head lights. Are Hid lights the way to go? i was looking for some lights with black trim like these:

Are Halo Led projectors pretty bright? suggestions/parts ideas are greatly appreciated!!

ask mmstar he has em, not the black version.

I put silverstars on my headlights and fogs, they're damn bright.

Halo projectors are not brighter then stock headlights unless you put HID's in them. Most of them say not to use those bulbs. I did on my 02 and loved it. If you want brighter bulbs go with SilverStars or put HID's in your fogs. Thats what I did on my 07 and love it.

Halos have nothing to do with brightness, they hurt it some. They are used for looks and that is it.

You could just swap out the stock bulbs for Silverstars (less $$) or go to the big boy PIAA's (a little more $$).

You will be pleased with either but the PIAA's are brighter.
