1. How do you become a contributor to the website?
2. How do you create a photo gallery?

As far as being a contributer I do not know but the photo gallery is explained in the New Member section of the dodge forums.

haha, I knew someone would make a remark like that. I got the photo gallery figured out and kind of a blurry explanation about the contributor, thanks.
