MORE PICS OF 3"BODY AND 36 IROKS
oh and I also forgot to mention...that Interco super swamper measures their tires wierd....mine are 36x13.50R20....but i've been told that they are closer to a 37" tall tire....dont know exactly but that's what I've been told so tomorrow i will make a point to measure them myself.
do measure it yourself tomorrow, i curious to know. thats weirs about your measure ments..because if you figure 3" more of tire, that 1.5 inches more of ground clearance., but it sounds from your measure ments to be close to 3"...weird. and good point about the offset with the spacers, although ive never tried spacers just going from word of mouth. i still think its weird how it went from 40.25 to over 43 with 3" bigger tires....even with 37's that should be 2" making it 42.25"...about an inch is a lot difference. nice *** truck though. mines 2 wheel drive and 41.5" when level. my tires are only 305/50R20's which equal 32" which suck ***, would like to stick 35's on it. have heard from many people not to put mud grapplers on it, but i was just considering on doing it again. i want noise and i dont care about longevity since il be looking for a new truck towards the end of this year. but if i was going for longevity and size and just an all around great tire, i would get the mickey thompson ATZ's which will also be on the next truck of mine. how are your iroks? heard they dont last long either though.
mmstar23, is your truck a 2500? Mine is a 1500 and 4WD with the level kit and stock wheels and tires and it sits at 40.25 in front and 40.5 in the rear. And I can't figure out how or whyyours is higher than mine being only 2WD?
ok...so i measured tonight....and I apologize to everyone....the truck fender in the front sits...45 3/4" and the rear is 46 3/4....my bad.....not 46 and 47 like i said last night. the tires measure just a smidge over 36" so.....I'll do it again tomorrow when it's daylight and Ill post pics
