I would say that driver was definately from the wrong side of the tracks.

I have been there... ... I haven't done that.

I have done some pretty stupid things on the eastern side of Washington with my MOPAR74, (hint hint)Dodge Monaco. That thing could cruise I-90 at 90-95 MPH with no problems. I once got a 'fuel conservation ticket' or something to that wording for passing a trooper on I-90 in Montana.

LOL i love how they said the guy had to pay for "towing". Wouldnt it be more like: pay for "dragging"?
