Default tranny problems

Well first of all i am in the service to i dont get todrive my truck very often andwhen i do i want to enjoy it sothe other day i was just driving around town and started to notice my tranny jerking while changing from 1st to 2nd. I didnt think to much of it and just kept driving. My family has owned dodges for years and never had a problem with the trans. Well later that week i was in a hurry and when my trans tried to downshift it jerked really bad and the check engine light came on. Took it to the dealership and they told me that is was because i put the wrong motor oil in???? Then they said it was the shift sylanoid and the it was the clutch. I have 11,000 mile on the truck and its an '06. I dont understand why this is happening but i just want a new transmission.

So i guess my question is does anyone know who make a manual trans for '06 hemi trucks. Any info would be greatly appreciated
