Default ABS/Parking brake light on at 70 MPH

I have an 03 ram 1500 4.7 L 2WD quad cab.

At 50K miles the dealer replaced the rear end. Since then I have had an ABS/Parking brake light come on if I drive over 70 mph for more than 2 seconds. I loose all ABS performance too. It resets by turning the key off and back on. The speed odometer seems accurate. The code says ABS speed sensor. The dealer replaced the sensor twice. The problem does not change. If I drive at 69 the problem will not show up.
Dodge wants to keep replacing the sensor and "hope" it will change. I have checked the fuses under the hood and sprayed them down with isopropyl alcohol. I have looked at the pins and wiring that is easy to see and it all looks good.

I can not find the ABS logic module, brain, computer what ever you call it, where is it? I have not checked continuity or for specific voltage on the harness. I don’t have a schematic. Any hot ideas on what to check? Has anyone else had a similar problem? Thanks in advance for your help.

Default RE: ABS/Parking brake light on at 70 MPH

SOLUTION:
The dealer ship got one correct...
Any wasy after a year, two ABS speed sensors and other vodo that did not fix the problem.
The Dodge dealer opend the differential and inspected the "tone ring". It was found bad and replaced. Today I ran my truck down the road at 75 mph and the lights did not turn on! They did test correctly at start up so no they did not just cut the wires or remove the bulbs.

The cost one year of frustration, several trips to the dealer ship and $$zero dollars.

Good luck to you all.
