Default Gibson exhaust

Has anyone installed any type of Gibson exhaust on a Hemi Ram? Looking to do so on mine but I know of no one who has.

actualy funny you should ask, me and my dad just got done installing a Gibson Super Truck exhaust on his 04 HEMI, it sounds great, at cruising speeds its not too much louder than stock, but hammer that thing down and its sounds great, if would diffently recommend this exhaust kit, old exhaust removed and this intalled in only about an hour.

Did it affect the torque at all? I'm seeing in some other threads where guys oversized their exhaust thinking it would help it breathe better and it killed the bottom end. I wouldn't mind better sound (although I don't want to get blown out of the cab...let's just say I'm over 40 now and been there done that) and performance but don't want to kill the torque.

Well I cant be exactly certain about how much HP and Torque we added since the truck has never been on the dyno, but at Gibson's site they have some neat dyno info about their exhaust. I think the 04 HEMI with the Super Truck gained somewhere around 5 HP and about 10 ft lbs, however i am sure this isnt exactly true for ALL applications.

The Gibson Elite system I put on my HEMI Sport is poor fitting and drones loudly at 2000 rpm. Gibsons answer was to discontinue that system! $700 for JUNK.
