He did not specify 4x4 or 4x2
4x4 with a body lift and 4 inch lift you can get 37's
4x2 with a body lift and 4 inch lift you will only get 35's

35's regear if anything lower than 3.92
37's regear to anything higher than 3.92

Well after a lot of debating I decided to go with the 35-12.5-17 nitto mud grapplers. Anyone know how long those tires tend to last? I do a fair amount of highway driving. The guy i ordered the tires from was pretty good and also ordered the Cooper STT as well, which ever one I dont buy he will put on his truck. please any info on tire wear would be great.

20-30k on pavement with the Nitto's are the norm. You can do a search on here for confirmation. Most that have them LOVE the off-road performance, but almost everyone agrees they wear down in no time on pavement.
I've not seen the Coopers myself, but have never read a bad post about them. Not the "Mud Beast" that the Nitto's are, but should get you double the life...
Cooper is the parent company of Mickey Thompson and Dick Cepek, my personal favorites, so I'd give 'em a try.

I have 35x12.5x17's on my truck with the Rancho lift only and there is plenty of room, so you'll have room for a party in the wheel wells...

Mud grapplers are awesome but extremely loud if that don't bother you. I got rid of the truck and the nittos had around 15k on them with plenty of tread left, plus no vibe and easy to balance. I just got bfg m/t km2's and these are awesome and pretty quiet for a m/t-might want to check them out.
