so i ordered some 2.5" daystar spacer from them on saturday. I called them about 2 hours after i ordered just to make sure the order went through. i like to follow up. the guy that answered told me that it went through and that it would be here by the end of the week. so i could have them installed this weekend. he also mentioned that they dont come from them, but the spacers came directly from daystar.

thank god he mentioned that because i tried calling 4wheelsupply the last 2 days and no answer. what the hell kind of customer service is that?

so luckily i called daystar, directly and they told me that for some reason they werent even getting shipped out until april 16.....a fu*kin month away! and they were in stock!!! so the lady talked to the manager or something and said they were getting shipped out today and will be here around next wednesday.....

just letting you guys know to stay clear of that site. nice spacers for about $20 less as everyone else..but TERRIBLE customer service. guess thats what i get for going with the low price. i dont think th product will suffer though since its from daystar and its the same thing as other sites

Thats why i avoid those ONLINE stores.Better getting everything local or from the WONDEROUS WORLD OF EBAY!

ya, just thought id let you guy know. if it wasnt for me being on key with my shipping stuff. i wouldnt have gotten the spacers for another month or so. but thankfully i called daystar myself for some reason just to check on it and it turned out to be the right thing to do
