Default 03 vs 04 Service Manual

I came by an eltronic version of an '03 Dodge Factory Service Manual but my truck is an '04.

Any differences I should be aware of?

I was looking at a Clymers manual I own (pretty lacking in certain areas) and the auto tranny band adjustments and seemed to vary some year to year etc. Like to know where it's different.

Btw what is that frame mounted assembly close to the tranfer case? It's connected with a couple small vacuum lines(?) and a larger vacuum line and a couple hoses, look like hydraulic lines. Is that invloved with shifting between 4wd modes?

What I am ultimately trying to solve is why the 4wd indicator light is out on the dash. A tranny guy told me about a diaphram operated switch to check. Trying to find out what the signals are and should be. This is where he directed me http://www.dodgeram.org/tech/repair/..._mechanism.jpg

Default RE: 03 vs 04 Service Manual

The biggest change from 03 to 04 is the combination of the PCM and TCM. On 03's they are 2 separate modules (which is what screwed us 03 owners for the flashpaq). I have both the FSM and the parts manual for your year, but I think they're too big to send.
