one problem you had in this string of bad luck was making the mistake of takin it to the G.P. Bankston Dodge to ask them to look at it... those guys are effectively useless to begin with... its an AutoNation dealership. That should say it all right there.
I had to go searching back through your posts to even figure out what your original issue was, of course I ran across all of the cobrakillr crap and so on, had to read through a buttload of posts and all but at least now I know kinda what problems you were having. You never did answer what dealership you originally bought the truck from in McKinney?
You know the dealership may have not known about the problem either since they probly purchased it at an auto auction to begin with and then had it dropped at the lot by the transport company. As was mentioned, you said they were unable to read the codes on the truck which means they were probly unable to erase them as well. Its not like I am trying to stic up for the dealers but my friends used to own a dodge dealership in Irving before they too sold out to AutoNation(which in turn set about running it into the ground) and now they own a Mitsu dealer, so I have been around the internal politics and workings of a dealership long enough to know of some of the problems they have to deal with also.
But all the same, hopefully you have gotten it all cleared up and you'll be back out on the road.
Plus looks like we must be sorta neighbors if your running the G.P. area since I am right next door in Arlington.

Hey I just looked at your profile and saw the Mustang... I have a 70 Cougar which is the same car underneath. I have seen that car running around this area, now I know who it belongs to... cool!

Oh yeh, your in 76017... thats real close, I live down off of Matlock right on the arlington/mansfield line. Drove right through your area last night when I was coming back from Hooters. Well its always good to have another DF member right in the area. I wish there were more Dodge gatherings here in this area so we could all meet up every once in awhile, but it always seems like the mid-west and northeastern states always have all the fun instead of us down here in TX. I think they are all scared of the heat!
