Well I went to Moroso this past weekend and ran my truck for the first time. The truck ran a 15.5 at 89MPH in the quarter. I was told I should have turned off the overdrive when running it. Is this true??.....Are these numbers any good? The truck is all stock aside from a side exhaust.....seemed kinda slow to me..

I also own a blown mustang so I'm kinda used to the power in that ( of course they dont compare)....

I have never ran an automatic down the quarter let alone a truck so, shouldI be doing anything diffrent besides putting it in drive and punching it?

Doesnt really matter to me either way...I LOVE my truck and just want to make sureI am having fun with it the correct way.

Be glad it isn't a 4x4 -- I managed a whopping 15.9 @ 85-86 in mine, and that's after mods. 6000lbs will do that for ya.
