Default Tires and Wheels

I just got a used 07 Ram 1500 QC 4x4 and it's got the stock 20" aluminium wheels with those Goodyear tires on it. I also just put theTopGunz Customs 2.5" Leveling kit on it.I want a tire with a more aggressive tread and more traction and I'd also like to go a couple of sizes bigger. Do they make the BFG All-Terrains for the 20" wheels and what's the biggest size they have? I was thinkin like mayb 285-295's. What's the best tire for traction and still gets good highway wear? Do y'all like the BFG's, Nittos, or Toyo Open Country? Any info would be appreciated!

A lot of companies offer 20" tires now in an aggressive tread, the only thing you gotta worry about is the width on the stock rims. i've heard you can go 35's with the level kit but for 35's your gonna be gettin into some wide tires. Right now i got some 305/55/20 nitto terra grapplers on aftermarket rims and i needed a 1/4" spacer up front. The problem with spacers is they can be pretty dangerous if you go too wide.

I have an 03 qc 4x4 with stock 20"s and nitto terra grapplers 305/50/20 no rubing issues but it is damn close, But we all nknow close doesn't count. The tires look awsome on the truck and I have had a couple comments from guys in parking lots.

i totally agree about the looks of the terra grapplers. When i first ordered them i thought they wouldnt look meaty enough but once i opened them i was pleasantly surprised. When i took my rims and tires off to put spacers on i noticed some light light scuffing on the inside of the tires so definately doble check that.

I have a 2007 Dodge 1500 4 X 4, which I purchased new from the dealer. I replace the 20" tires which came with the vehicle, with Toyo Open Country MT Lt 295 70R17 128P E10. I have a muchbetter ride. I purchase new off road wheels from V-Tec, which are 17" X 8.5" and the bolt size is 5 - 5.5". I raised the front 2" and now the truck handles much better. I live in Nevada and can go anywhere off road. (almost) LOL

Here is a 2006 Ram 1500 with Nitto Terra Grapplers 305/55R20. I can't decide if I want to level, lift, or change the wheels and tires now.
