6" lift?

Default 6" lift?

Hey i have a 2002 dodge ram 4.7 quad cab, and i wanna turn her into a Mud Beast, I have everything planned out, 6 inch lift etc. but whats the biggest tire i can fit on it with a 6inch lift without rubbing.. Im gonna have 15 or 16 rims..

I had an 02 1500 and first off, unless you're gonna change out the brakes, you won't have 15 or 16" rims. The brakes are too big. 17 is the absolute smallest you can have with a stock configuration on the brakes. Second, some guys are getting away with 37's but not sure about the rubbing. Most of that is gonna come back to your offset. Mine are 37's and I have minor rubbing with a 6" lift on a one-ton suspension. Most lift manufactures suggest a 35x12.50 with a 6" lift on a half-ton. 35's are nothing to bat an eye at either... That's still plenty of meat toget into the sh*t with.
