Default Front and Rear Lockers?

Ok, Im building my truck SLOWLY for Mudding... I know i need to upgrade to 4.56 gears. Plus I think getting Rear and or Front Lockers would help me alot from getting stuck.. Any idea how much the gears would cost to upgrade, also any idea how much lockers would cost for my 2002 dodge ram QC 4.7L. Thanks!

Rear LSD will certainly help. I'm not up on 4x4ing, so I don't know if you can get it for the front. For a guess, I'd think you could get both ends done for a couple of grand. If LSD isn't available for the front, then maybe $1200-$1500 for gears and LSD.

It is definately available front and rear but as for cost, that will vary as far as how good you go. The LSD on the rear makes a HUGE difference 4X4ing and a front Locker would def help in extreme 4X4 situations. I have the LSD in the rear and it works very well all by itself. I do a lot ofoff road just get where I'm going but I do not go to go, meaning, I'm not here to trash on my RAM, I have a '72 Chebby 4X4 and quads for that.
