Default Clacking sound coming from the back passenger side.

Ok, so i noticed i a clunking sound coming from what sounds like the passenger side of my bed. Its nothing crazy just a little clunking sound when i hit little bumps like if a bolts loose or something connecting the bed... anyone have an idea on what it could be? i'm just scared it has to do with the bed. The last thing i need is my bed to fall off in the middle of the highway...

Not sure what kind of exhaust setup you have, but could be your pipe hitting the underside of your truck. Just get under there and look for something loose. Shouldn't be too hard to locate.

If it's not in the exhaust, check your shocks. I had to have new rear shocks put on (under warranty) at about 15,000 miles. The dealer tried to tell me it was springs, so they replaced them first, after I told them to check the shocks. Don't know what happened, just normal driving. Have a friend go under the truck, while you bounce the bumper. If it's shocks, you should be able to tell. Hope this helps

Check the splash guards in the rear wheel wells.Mine were loose and rattled against the body, especially when going over a bump.
